Atom Health and Fitness is a new high specification gym facility located in the heart of Wynyard Business Village Teesside. Wynyard Business Village is just off the A689 and can be accessed directly from the A19 main Teesside route and is less than one mile from Billingham.
The gym incorporates life fitness signature and hammer strength equipment, a modern functional cross training studio and personal training academy. Atom is also very proud to introduce the first hot yoga studio to the Teesside / Billinghham area, hot yoga is a rewarding and invigorating experience with numerous benefits for participants. Other services include a health bar, sauna and complete cross training timetable.
