Located near Sacramento, California in the city of Roseville, we are proud to be one of the very few eating disorder programs in California whose multidisciplinary clinical team is actually lead and supervised by a full-time licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience specializing in eating disorders. We also have a unique, evidence-based approach to nutrition and meal supervision that focuses on teaching our participants how to grocery shop, prepare, and portion size their meals all on their own. The end result is that our patients leave the program with healthy eating habits and lots of practice preparing their own meals, which has led to very successful long term outcomes.

Unlike most other outpatient programs, Aspire Wellness and Recovery Center is supported by a professional management team that takes care of all the necessary “business” aspects of operating a treatment center (such as assisting with insurance benefit verification, credentialing and contracting with insurance companies and unions, appealing denied claims on behalf of the patients, providing expert human resources support to staff, etc.) so that our team of eating disorder clinicians can focus 100% of their attention on delivering the highest quality of evidence-based treatment.
