Ayesha Casper
Ayesha studied Anthropology, Sociology and Psychology at the University of the Western Cape and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009. In 2010, Ayesha joined a well-known Cape Town-based immigration company as a consultant, where she advised clients on various aspects of South African immigration.
Ayesha's attention to detail, professional approach and enthusiasm caused her to quickly rise through the ranks and gain the respect of her peers and superiors. She was promoted to the position of senior consultant, where she had the opportunity to deal with more complex immigration matters. As senior consultant, Ayesha also gained extensive experience in dealing with the Department of Home Affairs.
In 2012 Ayesha joined an insurance company which focused on personal and commercial insurance for guest house owners. Fortunately, Ayesha decided to return to immigration and she joined Ashman Attorneys in February 2013 as an immigration specialist.

David Williams-Ashman
David Williams-Ashman founded Ashman Attorneys in 2007.
David has practised as an attorney for 20 years.
Strong personal relationships have been fostered with the various corporate and individual clients of the firm and we focus on providing practical and effective solutions for our clients in a relaxed but professional environment.
Sonja Fehrenbacher has assisted David as his secretary, bookkeeper and paralegal for over 12 years and is an integral part of Ashman Attorneys, providing efficient and dedicated service on behalf of our valued clients.
David has practised as an attorney for 20 years.

Nicola Lochner
Nicola obtained her Travel & Tourism diploma from Varsity College in 2001 and thereafter gained vast experience in the visa and travel industry in London, having worked for international companies such as CIBT International and VisaSwift. She was involved as a consultant in the growth of CIBT from a small London-based company in 2003 to what is now the largest visa-processing company in the world. One of her roles was amalgamating the processes and systems of companies being bought out by CIBT.
Nicola then joined VisaSwift in London in 2009 as an office manager. There she was responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, cash flow, account maintenance and communicating with officials in various consulates. Upon her return to South Africa in 2011, she decided to explore the immigration industry and joined a large South African immigration company as its operations manager.
She joined Ashman Attorneys in August 2012 as the manager of the immigration division.

Willem le Roux
Willem attended Netscope IT Training college in 2001, where he obtained various qualifications in software development, web development, network architecture and design. After applying these skills at various companies as well as for his own account, he moved to London where his focus shifted to the financial services sector. During this time, he gained experience in structured tax solutions, which included special purpose entities to minimise the tax liability of foreign nationals.
Willem later returned to South Africa and obtained degrees in commerce and law from Stellenbosch University in 2007 and 2009 respectively. At university, he was chairman of the Law Students' Society, a member of the Law Faculty Council, chairman of the Students' Representative Council and a member of the University Council. In 2008, Willem had an audience with the Dalai Lama at his residence in India and in 2009 he became an alumnus of the "Brightest Young Minds" initiative.
Willem joined the Rose Street Chambers in June 2010 and was admitted as an attorney in 2011. Willem became a partner at Ashman Attorneys in January 2013.
