Introduction
Many people visit their Chiropractor to help with various aches and pains that they pick up from the normal stresses and strains of life. Very often patients do not know how their problem started. The number of times that I hear "I don't know what i did", "it just went"....
Many of the problems that patients present with are a culmination of problems that have been building up for many months, sometimes even years. Then there is the "straw that breaks the camel's back"; an insignificant event that tips the balance.
By the time you visit your Chiropractor many changes may have occurred in your body that mean that your ability to heal is weakened. The initial adjustments start to restore balance in the body and the healing process begins. Over a series of visits the body starts to regain its health and, along with lifestyle advice, you start to recover.
