Surrounded by mountains, rivers and forests, and with the Inner Sound of Raasay a stone throw away, we are well placed to take advantage of a huge wealth of locally sourced food: Local beef, lamb and wild venison, free range eggs, wild mushrooms, locally caught fish and shellfish from sustainable fisheries, and of course, everything we can grow in the garden.
