At the time, Citywide Locksmiths had been in business for 10 years and had built reputation for delivering top quality products and customer service. When Citywide saw an opportunity to do the same for door and cabinet hardware, they took it and Antique Door & Hardware opened its doors for the first time.
From the very beginning when Harold Shearer first opened the doors, customer service was the top priority. And the first step was to make sure Antique Door & Hardware offered great products and services to their home builders, architects, designers and retail customers.
