Anita Sankaran

Anita Sankaran assists health systems with the design, development and implementation of strategies to help improve the management and provision of healthcare. She has over 10 years of healthcare consulting experience, advising healthcare organizations, hospitals and other health systems on best practices and operational improvements.

Prior to joining Manatt, Anita worked as an independent consultant for a start-up medical management software company, where she focused on strategic planning and market research, as well as contributed to the development of front-end clinical functionality. Before that, she served as a manager for ECG Management Consultants, and a senior consultant for The Chartis Group, where she focused on patient access, ambulatory growth, and patient care delivery strategies, as well as operations improvement for clinical practices and hospitals. Additionally, Anita has extensive experience in operations management, having served as Director of Ambulatory Scheduling Operations for the Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania Health System.
