Introduction
I am a qualified psychotherapist in Dublin City Centre. I strongly believe in the resilience of the human spirit and people's capabilities to create a sense of autonomy and empowerment in order to contend with whatever life challenges they encounter. I work from an integrative perspective which means I don't believe in a "one size fits all'' method, rather I use several different therapeutic modalities, including Counselor, Psychotherapist, Anxiety Treatment, Depression Counseling, Couples Counseling. This allows me to work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths and preferences in order to find a therapeutic style that suits the individual. I can offer you a place to gain awareness and insight, as well as learn strategies to manage uncomfortable thoughts, emotions and behaviors. So to avail these services must visit us!!
