Amici Ristorante opened in 2008 on the High Street of the historic Burgh of Forres. From the beginning our intention has been as far as possible to bring the very best of Italian cuisine to the people of the Moray Firth Coast.

The Italian peninsula is home to an extensive and varied cuisine reflecting the diverse cultures and traditions of the different regions. We believe our menu reflects this diversity with dishes from the Alps in the north to Sicily in the south.

Head Chef 'Nino', is a native of Sicily. He has travelled and worked throughout Italy where he gained invaluable experience and an extensive culinary repetoire. He is passionate about his native food and brings this passion to the menu we offer.

Where possible our ingredients are locally sourced to ensure freshness and flavour essential for the true taste of Italian Cuisine.
