Introduction
ALA is designed to provide lifeguard training in water. It is useful to save your life if you are in danger due to water. It helps you to respond quickly in any aquatic emergency. We provide a certification which remains valid up to 2 years. We have trained more than 100,000 individuals since 1990.
How to get enrolled in Lifeguard Training?
1) Lifeguard Training encourages the participants to go for medical examination as it requires a lot of physical work that can’t be accomplished without having strength or fitness. Once you passed your medical examination you can get enrolled in lifeguard training & become certified.
2) As per USA Labor Laws, one should be 15 years older to work at swimming pool, Lake or Water Park & 16 years older to work at beaches.
What willyou going to learn in Lifeguard Classes?
• Rescue Skills
• Caring for Head, Neck or Back injury skills
• CPR/AED skills
• First Aid skills
