Provided small extra touches, such as leveling the unit, cleaning the condenser core & the air filter, cleaned up after himself, and kept the price to the original estimate.We will use again and recommend to anyone!

My heater wasn't working for whatever reason and I needed to have someone out to take a look at it. I was faced with the task of finding a company to call.My neighbour recommended American Cool and Heat,so I gave them a call. The tech was here within the promised time frame and went right to work. He quickly was able to diagnose the issue I was having with my heater and got it working again! It turned out that the flame burner had accumulated build up and only needed to be cleaned...which he did free of charge. I appreciate the honesty I received from American Cool and Heat regarding the issue. THANK YOU!

BUMMER having the family wake up to a COLD house (to put it nicely) bummer is not what I said when I woke up believe me :) .I called American Cool and Heat for the first time @ 7:49 AM they told me they would be out btw 8-10 they were there at around 9 Awesome 1-service fee and 1- ignition switch later we have heat. We thought they were very fair with great service,THANK YOU SO MUCH...We've found a new H/C company we can trust.
