The restaurant is spacious and unobtrusive; it has understated, modern decorations with good 'old fashioned' ambience and appeal. With a comprehensive choice of tapas, pizzas, pastas, grills and salad dishes, this restaurant has really captured that unique Mediterranean feel, not just in its surroundings, but, most importantly, in its food.

When it comes to the dishes, there is something here to please everybody, not just in choice, but also in price. Ambiente, apart from their a la carte menu, also has a series of 'specials' which include a superb 14" dish of pasta on its own for just £7.95 that you will he hard-pressed to finish. If you have decided to go solo and eat lunch in a quiet and tranquil environment, why not try the lunchtime special between midday and 2.00pm.

This consists of any starter, any pizza or pasta with a soft drink for just £5.95. Finally, the evening special consists of a three course meal, any starter, any pizza or pasta with dessert of the day for only £12.95 (all offers subject to availablity or change). Obviously the most important aspect of good cooking and food preparation is the quality of the ingredients used. Every single ingredient, including the pasta and sauces, is uniquely created on the premises, and all of the produce is purchased from specialist Spanish and Italian suppliers. There is no compromise here; every ingredient is acquired from original and authentic sources to ensure the highest quality is always obtained.
