Introduction
“Alter Domusâ€, meaning “Second Home†in Latin is a relocation consultancy firm that specializes in Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) visa and it is located in the tropical island of Penang, Malaysia. We have the experience in handling all matters related to the MM2H application as well as providing solutions for relocating to Penang. Being the first licensed sponsor in Malaysia for MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home), we work very closely with Ministry of Tourism in promoting this program and encouraging foreigners to stay in Malaysia. The MM2H visa is actually a renewalable long term visa that permits foreign citizens to reside in Malaysia for an extended time period with each approval being 10 years. We have helped hundreds of clients to settle down here and at present, we have 99.8% approval rate. The lovely beaches, tranquil location, city-life amenities, affordable health care and low cost of living makes Penangan ideal destination to be your second home or retirement home.
