At Altamonte Springs Yoga it is our mission to honor and embrace each student's journey to personal growth, wellbeing, and health and happiness by offering the highest quality yoga programs to people of all ages and from all walks of life. We do this with love, compassion and a BIG dose of humor!

We offer classes, workshops and 5 Day, 270 hour, 615 hour, 850 hour, 1100 hour, & 1500 hour Yoga Alliance registered Vinyasa, Hot, Hatha, Yoga Therapy, Prenatal and Youth Yoga Teacher Training Programs. Our 3500 sqare foot studio is conveniently located NW of I-4 and SR 436 in the Village Shoppes next to First Watch & TGI Fridays. Altamonte Springs, Florida is located in Central Florida and is a suburb of Orlando, Florida.

All Hot and Non-Heated classes are $6. Bikram is $10.
