Cissei is a proud member of the dental community with over 20 years experience. She received her certificate as an expanded functions assistant in Jacksonville, FL in 1997. Cissei has played an intricate part in non-profit dental organizations both in Jacksonville, FL and here in Hampton Roads for many years. Her clinical background enhances her ability to care for our patients needs in all facets of clinical and financial management. Aside from dentistry, Cissei loves spending time with her family and dogs.

Dr. Jayme A. Oliveira Filho (Dr. O) was born in Brazil on 1976. He finished his dental school at Federal University of Ceara School of Dentistry in 2009. Dr. O practiced dentistry in Brazil for 5 years until, where he did his post-graduation in dental prosthetics. He moved with his family to the United States in 2003 to further his dental education. He achieved his General Practice Residency degree as well as his Dental Implant Prosthetics Fellowship degree at University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital. After concluding his studies, he was invited to stay as a faculty at the University of Miami.

Graduating from Baylor College of Dentistry Dr. Lynch joined the United States Navy. Duty stations included Norfolk, Pearl Harbor, Twenty-nine Palms then back to Norfolk for advanced training and afterwards assignment on USS Enterprize (CVN-65). After nine years with the navy Dr. Lynch opened and maintained a solo private practice for 23 years. Outside of his private practice he volunteered at Chesapeake Care Clinic for 23 years and goes on short term mission trips.

I graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. I have practiced as a Dental Hygienist many years. I love being part of a Dental team that creates a beautiful smile and most important a healthy mouth. I am compassionate and always put the care and education of the patient first.

Miranda received her dental assistant training here in Hampton Roads. Being trained in a non-profit dental clinic prepared Miranda for the complex situation that aometimes arise. Miranda comes with an excellent customer service background and has what it takes to care for our patients. When Mirandas not wearing multiple hats on the job, you will find her hanging with her family and friends or with her 3 dogs.

Trish graduated Cum Laude from Old Dominion University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene, and is continuing her education at Eastern Virginia Medical School, pursuing a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Health Promotion and Education.
