Aldersgate Village Life Plan Community

For more than a century the Aldersgate Village Life Plan Community mission is to ensure individuals not only live, but thrive, as we faithfully enhance the lives of elders in the greater community. THE CORPORATION
United Methodist Homes, Inc. (dba Aldersgate Village) is a Kansas 501(c) 3 nonprofit corporation. The organization owns and operates one of Kansas’ largest continuing care retirement communities situated on approximately 175 acres in Topeka, Kansas.

Since 1904 when the original United Methodist Homes, Inc. was formed, the organization has been serving seniors in northeast Kansas. In 1979 Aldersgate Village was moved to its now current campus location.

THE CAMPUS
Aldersgate Village Life Plan Community is located at 7220 SW Asbury Drive in Topeka, Kansas. The 431-unit campus offers 176 independent living apartments, garden homes and cottages, as well as 59 assisted living units. Dementia care, physical rehabilitation, and sub-acute nursing services are provided at Aldersgate’s 196-bed skilled nursing facility.
