Introduction
Akula Taekwondo in Wixom, MI offers traditional martial arts (karate) classes for kids, teens, and adults. Curriculum: forms, self-defense, sparring, breaking, fitness. Little Kickers introduces children 5-6 to Taekwondo fundamentals. Children jump, climb, and learn moves to develop balance, coordination, and focus--all while having fun. In Akula’s Kids Classes, children ages 7-15 develop confidence, discipline, strength, and agility, gaining foundational skills for success in school, sports, and life. Our Adults (16+) train in a safe, supportive environment. Through traditional Taekwondo practice, individuals improve physical fitness, gain speed and flexibility, and form a supportive community.
