Back in high school, I joined the local union 100 (plumbers and steamfitters in Dallas, TX). I was doing two nights a week at school for three hours while working during the day and getting hands-on training for five years, working alongside Journeymen. Once I graduated as a master Journeymen, I worked for a big corporation and got eleven years of experience there. During that time, I took classes and studied to get my master state license. When that was done, I decided to branch out on my own and started my own HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance company.
