Aim Higher Training and Development offer a variety of services supporting individuals and businesses to support learning and development objectives helping businesses to be more productive and individuals to reach their goals.
We adopt a blended approach to delivery using both online resources and offering support either online or face to face. • Career Builder – a training needs analysis process aimed at determining the development needs of both individuals and teams along with support to identify effective training plans to help meet individual and business goals.

• Bespoke training carefully designed to address specified development and business needs which can also be linked to professional and technical qualifications through our accredited centre.

• Accredited vocational qualifications and training in management and leadership, coaching, mentoring and business skills including administration and customer service.

• Workshops and qualifications in Stress Management and Mental Health Awareness suitable for both managers and employees.

• Education and training awards including teaching and vocational assessor and internal quality assurer qualifications.
