Introduction
Aging Family Services is a professional care management service. We help individuals and families cope with the challenges of ill health, aging, and crises by explaining choices and options for getting the care they need. Aging Family Services was the first private geriatric care management service in the Triangle area. We have served the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas since 1993. While most of our clients are older adults, we recognize that many other people are affected by the need for care. As geriatric care managers, we realize that each person’s situation is unique and tailor our services to meet those specific needs.
