Introduction
scuba diving with sharks on Protea Banks, South Africa. Situated at Shelly Beach, 150km south of Durban.
We offer baited and unbaited shark diving for experienced scuba divers. We have equipment for hire if necessary and also offer really nice accommodation in our Diver Villa.
Diving Protea Banks is one of the world/'s top shark diving site. Our shark sighting rate is around 95%.
During different times of the year we encounter different species of sharks which makes this dive exciting all year round.
Our famous Baited Tiger Shark Dive is the top of the shark diving experiences. Here we get Tigers, Bulls, Black Tips, Duskies and other shark species withing immediate vicinity of the divers. Often in touching distanceyet absolutely safe to all divers. Our experience on Protea Banks stretches over 17 years, 3000 dives. We have done close to 600 Baited Dives.
Besides Protea Banks we offer organised trips to Mozambique foe mants and whaleshark diving.
Sardine Run during June and July is done in Coffee Bay along the Wild Coast. Another underwater adventure which will never be forgotten.
