Dr. Dang was voted "America's Top Dentist" by the American Consumer's Research Council. She has practiced with her husband Dr. Nguyen since 2009 Seattle area. Dr. Minh-Thu Dang was raised in Milpitas, California. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of California Davis. Subsequently, she earned her dental hygiene and DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) at University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan, before getting married and moving to Washington.
