Hey! It is Adam Stern here. I’m really glad that you’re on my website checking out what I do! For those of you who don’t know, I am a competitive freediver, Australian champion and 8 x Australian freediving record holder. I love nothing more than diving deep, extending my limits and exploring the ocean on breath hold. During my off season I focus on teaching others to freedive. Encouraging people to explore the ocean and increase their abilities on one breath is something that I’m seriously passionate about. I believe that just about anyone can freedive.
