Adam Smith Mortgage Adviser

There are so many different mortgage products available in the market place that it can be difficult to know where to start looking. This is where the service of an Independent Mortgage Adviser becomes useful.

I know that each of us has a unique set of personal circumstances and objectives that need to be taken into consideration when it comes to arranging a mortgage, this in turn affects the products that will be most suitable to us.

I will discuss your financial situation and objectives with you and will research the marketplace to find the best mortgage product available to suit your needs. I will ensure that you have all the relevant documentation to assist in the completion of your Mortgage application.

I pride myself on providing the best service possible to my clients and am contactable seven days a week. You will always be kept informed at every stage in the process and will benefit from having just one person manage your mortgage application who really understands your circumstances and requirements.

I normally do business over the telephone and email as I have found this to be quick and convenient for my clients. However if you would like to speak to me face to face we can arrange an appointment.

As an Independent Mortgage Adviser I have access to products from the whole of the mortgage market not just one lender or a small selection of lenders. This means that I have access to the widest range of products to ensure that I find the right one to suit your individual needs.

Arranging your mortgage through me will ensure you benefit from exclusive deals that can’t be found on the High Street and are only available through a professional Mortgage Adviser.

When you purchase property, there is a lot more to think about than just simply arranging a mortgage, that’s why I can arrange buildings and contents cover and also advice you on how best to safeguard your mortgage in the event of death or unexpected financial hardship.

This means that in the event of your death, diagnosis of a critical illness, long-term sickness or unemployment your mortgage would be repaid. I can also arrange for a suitable solicitor to undertake your conveyancing.

As well as being degree educated, I hold the industry standard qualification, the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) that is required to practice and work as a mortgage adviser and also the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) the highly regarded qualification required to provide professional advice on retail investment products.

I am based in Towcester. Perfectly situated to serve the surrounding areas of Northampton and Milton Keynes.
