AccessPay

I am the managing director of an energy company based in Swansea, UK. I know that a lot of my customers are concerned about being able to pay their monthly energy bills and even the prospect of getting disconnected due to late payments! The good thing on our part is that they use cloud based technology which requires no additional software installation. And plus, their comprehensive dashboard feature gives me access to summaries on the status of my payments, cash balances and workflow.

I’m a broadband service provider (Bristol) and was on the lookout for a direct debit provider in UK. Access Pay seemed to fit the bill when I went through the product features on their website. I emailed them, got a phone call from their sales team, and after they answered all my queries I decided to take the plunge and am going to go with them.
