You know how 6 out of 10 businesses don’t survive more than 5 years? Well, that was us - Geoff and Cathy Young - several years ago. We had just lost our major client who paid for half of every business cost, and had moved from Sydney to Brisbane when the rug was pulled out from under us!
While we've been through the hard times we've also experienced business success, growing from 10 people in 2 states to over 400 staff in 27 locations around the world. We discovered how to make the business so profitable we sold it twice!! The first time for 7 figures and the second time for 8 figures!! Fast forward to 2016 and Accelerate Business Consultancy was born. We now coach and mentor business owners (the ones who are great at what they do, they just didn’t learn about HOW to run a business). Using the same systems we trialled over those 30+ years, we now help Small and Medium Business Owners and Entrepreneurs to build their own Ideal Business – one that is extremely profitable and allows them to live the life they want!
