Above All Odds of Maryland is a licensed comprehensive Community Behavioral Health Program. Our organization offers an array of behavioral health services to support youth, adults and families with mental illness and substance use disorders in Baltimore City and PG County. We provide outpatient mental health and substance use services, also now available through our new remote health system.
