AZOD

They were good about replacing the faulty phone (it took a week), but re-negged on their promise to cover the cost of the screen protector.

I purchased a refurbished phone from AZOD. Phone arrived and appeared to work. I then purchased a cover and screen protector. Phone actually did not fully work. Called AZOD. They agreed to replace the phone and cover the cost of a new screen protector because of the inconvenience. I had to go to the post office and ship them the phone. It took a week for a replacement phone to arrive. They then changed their minds and said they would not cover the cost of the screen protector though they had previously agreed to do so because of the inconvenience of selling me a shoddy phone and going a week without a phone. So 2 1/2 stars.
