Introduction
Knowing the local real estate market like the back of our hands should be a given for any real estate professional you consider hiring. Understanding market trends can be the difference between you overpaying or leaving money on the table. Buying or selling you MUST be fully informed, or you run the risk of missing critical data that could affect the outcome of your transaction.
But where we take it farther is our attention is on you having a fantastic buying or selling experience so you can focus on living life.
My beginnings in real estate started in the late 1980s when my husband and I bought a starter home to begin our family. Well, the first sales agent was totally about the commission, fired him, and found a broker that listened to our needs. From that experience, our realtor was impressed on how I was so attentive to my husband’s concerns throughout the entire buying process — asked if I ever considered becoming a realtor, because of my natural ability to genuinely connect with others.
In 1991, I began my career in the real estate business. Thirty years, I am blessed to serve first-time homebuyers, repeat business, those in distressed due to interruption as in an illness, loss of a job, or a loved one. Today my specialty is Probate, Estate, Retirement, and distressed sales.
December 17, 2013, will forever be a day that I’ll never forget. I sat across from an attending physician who, in a very matter of fact manner, told me I had cancer. I left the hospital in shock, thinking my life as I knew it was coming to an end. Several weeks later, all I remembered was being in a fetal position and praying to God for strength.
After my diagnosis, I needed to take some time off to get healthier, and after several years and I am back doing what I love to do, serving my clients.
I consider myself to be a friend to all those I have been able to help. One of my business philosophy is, “no one cares about how much you know until you show them how much you care.â€
Finally, selling estates or distressed properties can be emotionally stressful. You will be able to count on my professionalism and compassion to support you through the entire process.
Today is a GOOD day to call your realtor.
AND Let me worry about the details.
If you want to chat real estate, or even connect for a quick coffee, reach out to me anytime!
