I'm a Realtor and had the guys from AC Repair Burbank out to check for a crack in the heat exchanger in a home my buyer is buying.  Fee was $75 and they gave us 3x the service we expected for that money - and a lot of information about how this particular furnace works plus what to look for when it comes time to replace it.  Honest guys - will use them again and again.Highly recommended!!

Our warranty company referred us to AC Repair Burbank.  Their receptionist was very professional and called me when the tech would be on his way to assist us with our problem.Our heater would not start on it's own, so a tech was able to see and solve the problem.
