AA Property Management is a fully licensed Property Management company. Our philosophy is essentially that of an owner-manager. Our "hands on" approach is to manage for the good of the property by using the best contacts, controls and resources to ensure its success. AA Property's portfolio of properties includes single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses, apartment buildings and commercial properties throughout the Lower Mainland of B.C. The Manager treats those properties assigned to him/her as if he/she were one of the owners. They care about cost efficency and take a hands-on approach.
