Introduction
I am a Registered, Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My consulting room is on the borders of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
Counselling provides an opportunity to express your feelings and thoughts, and be heard in a non-judgemental way. It may be at a time in your life when the way in which you normally cope with things, doesn’t work for you any more. My approach is psychodynamic which recognises the power of the unconscious and how our experience of the past can influence how we feel in the present.
If you decide that you would like to have an introductory counselling session, you may contact me by email or telephone. I will then be able to answer any further questions you might have. This does not commit you in any way to making an appointment.
