Our firm A.Termika Ltd produce gas-thermal equipment (HVOF and Flame Spray) for deposition of industrial coatings. We have experience in the field of application of thermal coatings and construction equipment for over 30 years.

Our set HVOF Termika-3 is mobile.It can be applied as a coating on the small details, and in the large. With it, you can go to the customer for the work.
Set HVOF Termika-3 has burners for :outside deposition (OD) and any kinds of burners for inside deposition -ID. The minimum inside diameter tube for our ID burners is about 75 mm and length from 0.6m up to 1.5 m. Look below.
HVOF Termika-3 include in a brief-case and a containers for the ID burners.
The opening-up and start of the HVOF Termika-3 takes up to 15 min .The characteristics of received coatings correspond to HVOF standard technologies.
As working gases used propane (propilene ,MAPP) and oxygen. Transporting and cooling the gas-air (possible Ar or N2). Starting and stopping the installation is a single handle.
The apparatus can be used for all types of HVOF powders (include type WC+Co) with particles size +10 -45 microns (+10-30 mcr for ID).
