Do you want to eat healthy, but feel that you don’t have the time or money? Join health coach Lori Lundell as she teaches helpful tips on planning your meals and shopping trips. You will also learn about what healthy eating is, and how to incorporate it into your schedule. Each student will receive recipes on make ahead dinners that can be made when you have time for those busy days ahead. You will also receive a very helpful worksheet for meal planning and grocery shopping on a budget.

Creative Food for Growing Kids - $15 (includes all materials)
Get kids excited about eating healthy fruits and vegetables by presenting them in creative
ways. Food becomes your artistic medium as health coach Lori Lundell helps you design
colorful and appealing plates of food that your kids will actually WANT to eat. This hands-
on workshop is perfect for parents, day care providers, and babysitters.

A Healing Nature Three Month Weight Loss Program (6 sessions) - $90
Start the year off right! Make those resolutions a reality! Have you tried many diets, but seem to always gain the weight back? Do you want to have more energy? Do you need the accountability of others to help you stick to your goals? Then this group is for you!
Join health coach, Lori Lundell as she leads the group and provides support and guidance for you to set goals and make sustainable changes that will improve your health and happiness. As a part of this group you will work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight the natural way. You will understand and reduce your cravings, learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them, and discover the confidence to create the life you want! As a part of this group you will receive a folder full of handouts with information on healthy living, recipes and tools to make healthy living easy! This group will meet every other week on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm for six sessions.

Raising chickens for food and fun - $15
Many families are taking up poultry husbandry again and for good reasons! Raising your own chickens can be fun, entertaining, and offer you and your family healthier, tastier food! This class will go over not only the benefits of raising your own birds, but how to choose a breed, what to feed them, what kinds of shelter they will need and your options when it comes to eating the meat or just the eggs. John and Lori Lundell of Lundell Farms will share their love for chickens and all they offer.

Managing Your Type 2 Diabetes - $20
Do you need help managing your diabetes? In this class we will learn about the best foods to eat to better manage diabetes and what foods to avoid. We will discuss how exercise can affect your blood sugar levels and how to manage this as well. Each student will leave this class with handouts and recipes for a healthy diabetic lifestyle.

Healthy Cooking for the Rookie - $30
Do your cooking skills max out at Ramen Noodles? Do you want to eat healthy, but don’t know how to prepare healthy meals? Then this class is for you! In this class health coach Lori Lundell will teach you some of the basics of healthy eating. The students in the class will then prepare a complete meal that we will enjoy at the end of class. Each student will bring home recipes and skills to cook some basic healthy meals on their own.

Eating for Energy - $20
What would your life be like with an abundance of energy and vitality? In this class we will learn about stress, where it can come from and how it affects your energy level. We will also look at the foods that you eat. What foods are best for raising energy levels? What foods are not? We will also learn about ‘Super Foods’ and how they affect our energy levels. Join health coach Lori Lundell to learn how to elevate your energy!
