A E & J Building & Consulting is a professional Building inspection company which is based in Adelaide with background experience in the building industry. Our licensed inspectors hold a recent builders licence and are Master Builders certified inspectors 2015-2016. When you engage with our service we will undergo a thorough and in-depth inspection of the property. Our inspectors use modern devices to find and test building materials for any defects or problems that may be associated with the property by applying the Australian Standards code of AS 4349.1-2007. During the inspection we take major note of any defects that may cause injury and that are a safety hazard while we also outline any defects found that could cost you extra down the track. Upon the inspection completion we will generate a report with all the major and minor findings (photographic images included) that we will also provide to our clients.

A E & J Building & Consulting also offers pool fence safety compliance checks in order make sure that the barriers around the pool are compliant and safe. Upon the completion of the checks we will provide our clients with a certificate that will show that your pool fence complies with the current Australian standards code. All our building inspections hold appropriate insurance polices.
