12(4) EVERY USER OR LESSOR OF AN ELECTRIC FENCE SYSTEM
SHALL HAVE AN ELECTRIC FENCE SYSTEM CERTIFICATE (COC)
should they (i) want to sell their property or (ii) had alterations done
or added to the electric fence system after 1 October 2012
13(1) ONLY A REGISTERED PERSON MAY ISSUE AN ELECTRIC FENCE SYSTEM CERTIFICATE (Certificate Of Compliance)

• All installations are done by an ACCREDITED, CERTIFIED INSTALLER and REGISTERED with the DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR as an Electric Fence System Installer.
