Texas Pool Professionals was established in the summer of 1990. Victor has been working in the swimming pool industry for over 25 years. As he worked at Boeing cleaning airliners Victor's desire for a career in the swimming pool industry became a reality when he started hanging door hangers on every home in Southern California.
