We are a 'boutique' martial arts academy specialising in the Chinese disciplines. Our external class teaches Shaolin Long Fist Kung Fu (Chang Quan) along with weaponry and ground fighting. Our internal class teaches Tai Ji (Tai Chi) along with Qi Gong (Chi Kung) and Xing Yi. Our school is highly regarded in the community and our instructors are all highly qualified. Our classes are kept small which allows for more individual attention and the chance to work on specific areas of interest.
