Born the granddaughter of a West Virginia Coal Miner Roberta has always loved country music. One of her first memories as a young child of 6 was going to a Country Gospel Show (tent and all) and hearing the song "I Heard It through the Grapevine" watching the audience move around singing and clapping she was hooked.
