Pilates Local is a Pilates and Physiotherapy exercise studio in St Kilda specialising in pregnancy postnatal recovery injury rehabilitation osteoporosis and addressing complaints such as back neck shoulder and hip pain. Our Pilates classes include Studio Reformer and Virtual Mat classes. We also offer specialist rehabilitation programmes for those recovering from Breast Cancer related surgeries.
