In 2002 a 23-year-old man named Chadi Kassem arrived in London from his home country of Lebanon. An energetic entrepreneur with great ambitions of success Chadi worked in Lebanese restaurants as a chef until 2004 when he opened his first Mezza restaurant at 88 Villiers Road. 2 years later Mezza has expanded into a small empire under his direction.
