Catherine Cooke has been designing and making hats since 1992. She initially trained and worked in Belgium for three years before working in London and then on to Australia where she worked with Moray Millinery and the Sydney Opera house. On her return to Dublin she worked with Jacinta Fahy on Wicklow Street before setting up her own label in 1996 making bespoke wedding hats and headpieces and headwear for races.
