A faculty Development Program was organized in S.B. Patil Institute of management top MBA college in Pune.He gave a presentation on the said topic and faculty workshop was conducted. PEDAGOGY AND RESEARCH ORIENTATION In order to enhance the academic and intellectual skills of the faculties SBPIM had organized internal one-day FDP on 28th July 2011. This program aimed at developing Teaching Pedagogy Content development and Research orientation among all participating teaching faculty members of SBPIM.
