I have never been speechless but when I first visited Quakers it was close. To have the honour of putting Brasserie Blanc in such buildings is quite unreal. If the Georgian Meeting house was not enough the two medieval halls will just stagger you. I just can't do these justice describing these buildings. Too big for just a Brasserie I have turned the halls into banqueting-halls. They were built in the 13th and 14th century as a monastery and then used by Bristol guilds.
