Meet Cooper Don't bother asking for him you won't find Cooper behind the counter or in the back making your sandwich. Cooper is a four year old American Foxhound (think beagle on steroids). We found Cooper at the Buffalo SPCA when he was a puppy. Already the former owners thought that he was too big for their lifestyle.
