Quality is key for Hoxton Gin so we've only used a medley of natural & ethically sourced ingredients including coconut grapefruit juniper iris tarragon & Ginger in our premium gin. These are macerated for 5 days before a single distillation in 150 year old copper pot stills to obtain the perfect concentration to then be blended with the grain spirit. After which we reduce the ABV to 40%. Hoxton Gin is then filtered and rested in steel tanks for two months. A long process which is only befitting of such a unique premium Gin.... read more
