n 2004 encouraged by her family Lynn Ashton transferred her culinary delights from her home kitchen into the old fruit and veg shop on 2 New Lane. With only bare essentials she soon built up an army of loyal customers. ​ In 2009 having served in the RAF Met and Lancashire police Lynn's eldest daughter Emma was looking for a new challenge and agreed to take on a business development role. ​ Today Butties2Go serves just under 1000 'Butties' a week and regularly caters for the Preston and Penwortham area by delivering Buffets and Business Lunches.... read more
