For most of the 1980's Shaw Rabadi owner of BFS Restaurant & Catering labored as a health care consultant and loved dining out everywhere and cooking everything for the love of food. In 1989 he operated a catering take out specialty imports and gourmet food store. In 1995 BFS relocated to a newly renovated space housing the catering retail deli take out cooking classes and ultimately a full service restaurant operation.
