Ronda Bowen
Owner
In 2008, I received my first assignment as a contract writer. I reviewed webisodes of short series broadcast over the web for Black Hole Online. Since that first assignment, I have written more than 1,200 articles on a variety of subjects including business management, entrepreneurship, wine, sports (especially baseball and college sports), education, history, project management, philosophy, and social theory. My work has appeared in a variety of journals including In-Spire Journal of Law, Politics and Societies, Women in the XXI Century, What Philosophy Can Tell You about Your Lover, and Native America a State-by-State History. I also am co-author of the book Success in Life Through Personality Engineering (June, 2011) with Murali Chemuturi.
I served as a contributing editor and senior writer for Bright Hub from 2008-2011. I also serve as a regular contributor for Equanimity Magazine, where I served as the senior editor from 2009 on.
My background is in social and political theory and history of philosophy. I have an MA in Philosophy (2006) from Northern Illinois University and a BA, Honors, Philosophy Pre-Graduate School Option (2002) from California State University. In addition, I completed 30 units of coursework toward a Ph.D. focusing on social and political philosophy, logic, and Kant at Michigan State University before I decided to break out as an entrepreneur.
