Vfit Physio Sports Injury Clinic is a new clinic serving Mansfield and the surrounding areas. We have over 10 years experience in assessing and treating musculoskeletal disorders and injuries within the NHS and privately. Experience has been gained upto the level of clinical specialist in sports injuries, emergency department care, orthopaedics and spinal pain within the NHS. We can treat all manner or conditions such as back and neck pain, muscle and ligament injuries, tendonitis, arthritis, biomechanical dysfunctions, shoulder and knee injuries, post-surgical rehab and children's growing pains. Some of the treatments we offer are massage, manipulation, ultrasound therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology taping and exercise rehabilitation. We pride ourselves in offering a specialist and professional service to manage your problems in the quickest possible time.

Owner / Senior Therapist
I completed a BSc(Hons) degree in Sports Science 1999, and I followed this up with a BSC(Hons) degree in Physiotherapy at Coventry University in 2002.
Since then I have worked in acute NHS trusts specialising in musculoskeletal injuries and conditions in 2005. over the last 7 years I have progressed to Clinical Specialist in sports injuries and general physiotherapy treating all manner of conditions such as muscle and ligament injuries, back and neck pain, tendonopathies, biomechanical dysfunctions, work related disorders, arthritis, children’s growing pains, and post surgical rehabilitation. I have also worked as an advanced practitioner in the emergency department seeing and treating acute injuries alongside the medical team.
My speciality is in sports injuries and I have many years experience of treating injuries sustained in many different sports such as football, running, rugby, golf, tennis, gymnastics, martial arts, dance to name a few.
Alongside the NHS I have also worked part time for a private clinic for 8 years again treating a wide variety of conditions.
I am a member of the Healthcare Professions Council, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Acupuncture Association of Physiotherapy.
